My family and I had an amazing Christmas getaway! The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a cozy fireplace in the lobby that set the festive mood. The arcade and bowling alley were big hits with the kids, and we even roasted marshmallows at the fire pit outside. The views of the Smoky Mountains were amazing! Plus, the rooms were super clean and spacious, which made our stay so comfortable.
The only downside was the breakfast prices; we felt it was a bit steep for our family of four. there wasn’t much space in the room for wet bathing suits, but honestly, those were minor issues! our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to come back!

I had a fantastic Christmas stay! The location is super convenient yet feels secluded with stunning mountain views. There's so much to do on-site-from a cozy heated lazy river to activities for the kids like bowling and an arcade. Plus, the fireplace and firepits added such a warm touch to our holiday experience!
On the downside, I wished there was an indoor pool; the weather kept us from enjoying the outdoor facilities at times. The bathroom layout needed better privacy, and we ran into a couple of noise issues with nearby dogs. some activities came with fees that weren't clearly advertised. a fun place but with a few tweaks, it could be even better!

Our family recently enjoyed a good three-night stay at the Lodge At Camp Margaritaville while celebrating the kids' school break. We loved the double queen deluxe room, especially the adorable tent-like decor and “sleeping bag” sheets that made it feel like a camping adventure! The hotel boasts a fantastic lazy river, a beautiful pool with a slide, and a game room that kept our kids entertained. The staff was friendly and helpful, which really enhanced our experience. The brisket sandwich at the on-site eatery was the best we've ever had!
I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay! The location is perfect, close to all the attractions and scenic views. The hotel itself was super clean, and we loved the spacious room, especially the extra twin bed area for the boys. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained, and the breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight-talk about a feast!
On the flip side, some things felt a bit pricey, especially the food and certain activities. The mini fridge in our room could barely fit a few snacks, which was a bummer. Plus, the arcade music was way too loud for my taste; it definitely made it hard to enjoy our time there. it was a fun experience with a few areas for improvement!
